7:30 pm - I enter the stadium & Alans just wrapping up his gig.
Its 8:00 pm now....wheres JB?
Thought I caught a glimpse of him through the glass window of the building behind the massive stage.. Was it him? Is he wearing a white Tee?
At 08:05pm
Stage lights....2 huge screens flashing the letters Purpose come on....3 drummers are now on stage
Justin enters....wearing a white Tee..the crowd roars....I can hear, "He's here", "I cannot believe Im seeing him", "Hes right here right now"..the tattoes on his hands visible to all, blue lights bouncing off of his short crop of golden hair, donning black Adidas shorts, white socks and shoes.
..its so hot that everyones perspiring profusely due to the humidity..but they look supremely happy to see the massive star theyve been waiting for, dreaming of seeing and hearing his voice. The screens light up further more and then he sings..at times with his guitar and sometimes without it..the crowd cannot stop screaming. After about 45 mins into the show he changes into a red tee..calls some very cute kids on stage (they have practised the dance steps) and they dance very well with Justin dancing along too..after the dance is over he gives them each a hug which Im so sure theyll cherish for life.
Thousands of peoples eyes set on the 2 big screens zooming into Justins face. The same angelic face that weve been seeing since he was 12, in his music videos & his interviews. Hes smiling alot more and laughing wholeheartedly too..more than in the other concerts(I can tell..having seen so many concert videos of him)..obviously he really is very happy to be in India, very happy to be performing on that stage. The moon is full that night and he appreciates it and says,"its beautiful".
Huge fireworks happen in the sky. The atmosphere is awesome..the darkness on the arena peppered with smartphone lights looks like the sky in itself. His group of dancers look really good in their black sequined attire. Justin owns his stage and whenever he is close to the edge of the stage the crowd cannot help but scream louder.
He sings songs from his Album Purpose, "Company", " What do you mean", "I'll Show You", "Baby", "Let me love you", "Children",and "Sorry".
He says, "I love you guys", "This is one of my best shows", "I will be coming back to India".
In the end he and his team waved the Indian flag..all the while singing his hit song "Sorry"..and they left the stage..the stage went black..the crowd slowly started moving towards the exit.
